Social Technology

There are those amongst us that always enjoy change simply for the sake of change.  I should know, as I’m one of them.  Technology has accelerated change in our world, and for most of us that’s a good thing.  Sometimes it’s just as easy to get caught up in the technology that drives the social changes as it is to get excited about the changes themselves.  I guess that group of individuals has been classified as geeks.  That used to be an insult, but these days it seems to be a badge of honor to understand the inner workings of our most complex technical platforms.
